My Very First Blog

It's January 18, 2011. So this is my very first blog...my SECOND first blog, actually. I tried doing a blog on MySpace before, but I never finished it or did anymore, but hey, it's a new year, and a new blog! I have read and seen other people's blogs before, so I am hoping I can make mine just as awesome. As of right now I am sitting at home, listening to the rain, and my dog snore. Brooke Turner was over here not too long ago and I was at her house yesterday, so I have FINALLY gotten to catch up with her since her mission trip! We haven't gotten to hang out much lately, so we jammed to the songs she wrote, and soon we will be playing them at Koinonia Kaffe'! I am so excited! Koinonia's Facebook Page
"The Page Turners" as we are widely know as. ;) I am really looking forward to college right now more than anything. Class of '11! I plan to attend Wallace Community College for two years and be in the Wallace Sound! Then hopefully transfer to Troy and major in Elementary Education. I am sooooo excited! I haven't been this excited for anything since I first started the youth praise band when I was 14! Ecclesiastes 3:1 (The Message Translation) "There's an opportune time to do things, a right time for everything on the earth." IT IS MY TIME! I am seriously so ready for this and I keep praying about it, just in case God has a change of plans for me, but I am really having good feelings about these plans (Jeremiah 29:11) that have been planted in my heart and they are starting to grow! Auditions are soon and I can't wait! So yes....that is my excitement for now...and until May 24th, 2011 when I graduate! Prom this year is gonna be at the The Grand on Foster, and it is very elegant and beautiful since it has been refurbished! (Did I spell that right?) So yes, this is my first blog, and hopefully I will get better and more specific sooner or later...
